Ballistic Blues Needs Extra Strong Dose of Caution

A nuclear-armed missile can reach targets in Pakistan or India in a matter of minutes.

Potential targets in Pakistan would be Karachi or Islamabad, not Lahore, as the fallout would affect nearby Amritsar.

Potential targets in India would be Mumbai or New Delhi.

While the accidental probability would be less than 1% of a full-fledged nuclear war, it cannot be ruled out.

An extra dose of caution and safety is called for.
