In short, the younger parliamentarians, in order to plan for a developed, just and moderate Pakistan, need a census to be executed on a war-footing. If the government doesn't have a mission, vision, strategy, we do. We are not going to sit idle and wait. We will demand our tools through parliament, and through the media.
