whirling gypsy ii

in the land
of up and down nod
people share a trait
with those
from the land
of sideways neck jerk
though the yesses
                           and nays 
remain indecipherable
indistinguishable

with nonchalance
the whirling gypsy
                            smiles
nods and moves on
