i believe in capital punishment only exceptional cases.

the misery, mis-perception and misinformation aamir liaquat spreads does not merit an early dispatch to the hereafter.

is there a trained volunteer out there who can just chop off a third of aamir's tongue without causing serious bodily injury?  i want aamir to only use sign language and written words to communicate.

am willing to donate to aamir liaquat hussain rehab fund and if needed, would also donate to the defence fund for the volunteer should s/he face court proceedings.
