thoughts, ideas and images swim
sclera surrounding cornea
iris guarding reclusive retina
faces enter the memory vaults
lacrimal glands stand by to wash
troubled memories eclipsing fond ones
body and mind caught in the flux
image and reflection folded and stored
in hidden ocean deep memory vaults

real is unreal is real, you are me

but will you leave my books alone, please!

overshadowing straits of fear
far fewer fjords to be braved
traversing palliative isthmus
between soul divorced and divided
stultification of wandering
.............................soul

walking on clouds above the storms
makes jumping pot holes no less hazardous
rapturous tempests, casketal confines
ricocheting waves of helplessness
in the archipelago of unease
