WHEREAS Sohail Rabbani, heretofore referred to as Mulzim, sakin-e-Georgia, Umreeka, has uttered or caused to utter statements in denial of Love Supreme.

WHEREAS Mulzim has in the past utterances defamed and distorted True Love:

WHEREAS Muzlim has deliberately sowed confusion in young minds between Ishq-e-Haqeeqi and Ishq-e-Majaazi:

WHEREAS Mulzim has incited rebellion in the ranks of true believers at other times and occasions on Chowk:

WHEREAS Mulzim has constantly leered at the status quo, corrupting young minds with rationality:

WHEREAS Mulzim has been an outspoken detractor of Jeh'l:

AND noting his contempt and disregard towards time measuring instruments such as watches, calendars and diaries :

the SUPERIOR COURT OF CHOWKIES orders his presence sometime in August at a site and date of his choosing, within the boundaries of Metropolitan Toronto;

TO furnish explanation for his statements:

--- Love, my dear brother, is all about 'giving'. There are no 'pre-conditions' to true love
--- What is mostly alleged to be 'love' and comes with many caveats, terms and conditions attached to it is not real love. It is a social contract (not unlike a business contract).
---- True love knows no pre-conditions. It is only debased and contaminated by expectations, demands and conditions of any kind.
